1. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

- Member Responsibility: If you no longer wish to be a part of Expand Your Horizons Academy (“the Academy”), it is your responsibility to ensure your payment or subscription is canceled.

- Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your membership, email us at [email protected] with your name, email address, the name of your referrer, and the reason for cancellation.

- Upfront Membership: If you purchase a 12-month membership upfront, there are no full or partial refunds if you cancel before the end of the 12-month period.

- Membership Renewal: Membership renews on a monthly or yearly basis; it is your responsibility to be aware of your renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

2. PAID MEMBERSHIP FOR ONE PERSONAL ACCOUNT ONLY

- Single Account Use: A paid membership covers one personal account only, unless members are in the same household (e.g., spouse or partner sharing a membership).

- Site Access: Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend services without notice, and we will not be liable if our site is unavailable at any time.

- Foundational Members: Foundational members will remain at their subscription price unless they cancel. If you cancel and do not rejoin within 30 days, you may be subject to new membership pricing (effective March 2025).

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

- Ownership: We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property rights and materials published on our site. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties.

- Permitted Use: You may print or download materials for your personal reference or to share within your organization, but you must not modify them.

- Restrictions: Any other use of our site content (e.g., commercial exploitation) requires prior written permission from us.

4. RELIANCE ON INFORMATION POSTED & DISCLAIMER

- Informational Purposes Only: The materials on our site are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

- No Liability: We are not responsible for any loss arising from actions taken in reliance on site content.

- Exclusion of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for direct or indirect damages incurred from using or relying on our site.

5. NO PROMOTIONS / NO SPAM / NO MEMBER POACHING / NO COPYING ALLOWED

- Respectful Community: We strive to create a welcoming environment.

- No Promotions or Spam: Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links are not allowed.

- No Poaching of Members: Members may not recruit or solicit other members for personal business gains. Violators will be removed immediately.

- No Copying:

We provide scripts and templates to help you create posts.

You must create original content based on these resources.

Copying any material word-for-word from other members or from Expand Your Horizons Academy content without permission may result in removal from the Academy and associated groups.

6. NO HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING - RESPECT PRIVACY

- Zero Tolerance Policy: Bullying, hate speech, or degrading comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

- Privacy: Discussions within the group must remain confidential. Any sharing of sensitive or private group content outside the group is prohibited.

7. OUR SITEs CHANGES REGULARLY

- Updates: We update our site content regularly and may change it at any time.

- No Obligation: We are under no obligation to update outdated material.

- Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site at our discretion.

8. FAILED SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment is declined, we will attempt to collect payment as follows:

- 1st Declined Payment: Retried 1 day after the first attempt.

- 2nd Declined Payment: Retried 4 days after the first attempt.

- 3rd Declined Payment: Retried 6 days after the first attempt.

- Cancellation: If payment is not successfully collected within 7 days, your subscription will be canceled. You will be removed from the Academy and all associated groups and email lists.

9. AFFILIATE SERVICE

- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property remains the property of Expand Your Horizons Academy or the respective trainers.

- Affiliate Commissions:

Monthly Subscription: You receive $40 AUD per month for each new paying member who joins via your unique affiliate link.

Yearly Subscription: You receive $440 AUD per year if a member joins via the upfront payment option (paid on the 1st of the month after the purchase).

Payment Schedule: Affiliate commissions are paid on the 1st of every month via PayPal. It is your responsibility to keep your PayPal details updated in your affiliate dashboard.

- Membership Cancellation: If you cancel your Academy membership, your affiliate status ends, and all referred members will be transferred to the Academy. If you rejoin, previously referred members will not be reassigned; you will start fresh.

- Final Commission: If you wish to receive your final affiliate payment, cancel after the 1st of the month once your commission is paid out.

- Affiliate Agreement: Please refer to our Affiliate Agreement for full details.

10. THE EYH ACADEMY TEAM ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH DIRECT MESSAGES (UNLESS PART OF YOUR MENTORSHIP)

- Limited Direct Messaging: The Academy team does not accept unsolicited direct messages outside of group forums.

- Mentorship Exceptions: If you are in a mentorship program with designated communication channels, you may contact your mentor or the Academy team as outlined in that program.
