2 - CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

We DO NOT issue refunds. It is up to you as a MEMBER to make sure your payment is cancelled if you no longer wish to be a part of this academy. YOU can do this by emailing us at [email protected] with your name, email address, the name of your referrer and reason for cancellation. There are no full or partial refunds for the upfront 12 month membership if you change your mind or want to cancel before your 12 months is complete.

Your membership is monthly so please ensure you are aware of the monthly renewal date each month to avoid any issues on your end.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

If we catch anyone poaching our members for their own personal business gains you will INSTANTLY be removed. This will NOT be tolerated in our academy and related community groups.

We provide scripts and templates for creating posts, however, it is up to you to create your own unique content based on these. Word for word copying posts/ads/calls to action of content created by other members of the EYH Academy or from content within the EYH Academy will not be tolerated and can result in your removal from the Academy and Facebook Group.

7 - NO HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING - RESPECT PRIVACY

Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

8 - OUR SITE CHANGES REGULARLY

We update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. It is our right to suspend access to our site or close it indefinitely. If any of the material on our site is out of date, we are under no obligation to update such material.

9 - FAILED SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Our process for failed payments is as follows:

- 1st declined payment we will retry 1 day after the first attempt

- 2nd declined payment we will retry 4 days after the first attempt

- 3rd declined payment we will retry 6 days after the first attempt

- If no payment is collected on the 7th day from the subscription renewal date, we will cancel the subscription & remove the member from the Expand Your Horizons Academy and all associated groups and email lists.

10 - AFFILIATE SERVICE

If you choose to become an affiliate member of the EYH Academy all intellectual property remains property of EYH Academy or the respective trainers in the program. Your affiliate membership entitles you to a payment of $40AUD/month for every new paying member that joins via your unique affiliate link (or if a member joins with the upfront payment option you will receive a commission payment of $440/year paid on the first of the month after purchase. We pay affiliate commissions on the 1st day of every month via Paypal. It is up to you to ensure your payment details are updated in your affiliate dashboard prior to payment dates. If you cancel your EYH Academy membership then this terminates your affiliate contract with EYH Academy and no further commissions will be paid and all affiliate sign ups from your link are transferred to EYH Academy. If you re-join EYH at another time we do not move affiliates back to you, you begin again as an affiliate member. We recommend that if you wish to cancel and still receive the month's affiliate payment that you cancel after the 1st of the month. Please see our Affiliate Agreement for full details.
